When booting while charging, power button needs to be pressed for a long time

Issue description, as found on Taiga

Normally when charging you need to press the power button for 4 seconds to boot up the phone. However since the update I need to press it for 10-15 seconds until something happens.

I have a battery, screen and two cameras of the original type.

(I also suffer from issue #13 (closed), so I have no visual feedback while pressing the power button either and need to wait until the phone vibrates.)
